Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Recruitment Executive to join our team in Lahore. The Recruitment Executive will handle daily responsibilities including job description development, recruitment, communication, interviewing, and overall talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop job descriptions and manage the hiring process.
- Conduct bulk hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Administer behavioral and assessment tests.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Apply recruitment expertise to attract and hire top talent.
- Utilize knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced hiring environments.
- Proficient in English communication skills.
