Customer Support Specialist- International

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Manage multiple chat sessions concurrently, ensuring timely and accurate replies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the relevant department as needed.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in spoken English at B2 to C1 levels (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
  • Minimum of an Intermediate Degree.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, particularly in a chat support environment, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking under pressure.
  • High degree of empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is advantageous.

  • Rs60,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month
