Responsibilities:
- Engage with creditors and collection agencies to negotiate terms of payment, settlement amounts, and interest rates.
- Create and propose viable repayment plans or settlements to creditors on behalf of clients.
- Work towards reducing overall debt amounts and securing more manageable payment terms for clients.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, address and resolve any service-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strive to enhance the customer experience, contributing to a high Quality Assurance (QA) score.

Job Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or higher education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
