About the role

You will own requisitions end to end and work closely with operations leads who need people who can actually do the job, not just people who can start Monday.
What you’ll do
Own requisitions from intake through to accepted offer
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, campus links and direct outreach
Screen for language, aptitude and role fit using our assessment framework
Coordinate interviews with operations leads and keep the process moving
Extend offers, negotiate within band and manage pre-joining follow-up
Keep the applicant tracker accurate and report on funnel and time-to-fill
What we’re looking for
Two years or more in recruitment, ideally including volume or BPO hiring
Strong English and a genuinely good phone manner
Organised enough to run 15 open roles without dropping a candidate
Sound judgment on language and communication assessment
Nice to have
Contact-center or shared-services hiring experience
Experience with an ATS
Campus recruitment or employer-branding exposure
