About the role
On this US program you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out over chat and calls. The job is to give them accurate information quickly, resolve their issue within the defined timelines, and leave them with a consistently positive experience.
Excellent written and spoken English matters more here than prior experience. You will need to be comfortable working rotational or night shifts to match US hours.
What you’ll do
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and calls
Give customers accurate information and timely support for inquiries, concerns and service requests
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Track, communicate and resolve service-related issues efficiently while keeping customers satisfied
Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that maintains high Quality Assurance (QA) scores
Stay up to date on product changes and industry developments
Resolve customer queries and complaints within the defined timelines

A Levels / Intermediate or above
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Flexibility to work rotational or night shifts
